PHIL OSEAS

Chief Financial Officer

Philip Oseas brings over 20 years of financial and accounting experience to the Company and played a key role in the development of the Company's business plan and financial model. Mr. Oseas has specialized in providing financial and accounting due diligence and transaction advisory services to private equity funds and corporate acquirers including five years with Ernst & Young as a senior manager in their Transaction Advisory Services practice. Prior to that, Mr. Oseas served as the assistant controller and director of accounting at The Carsey-Werner Company, a leading independent television producer and distributor. Mr. Oseas began his career with Ernst & Young as an auditor before joining the Ernst & Young Restructuring and Reorganization practice where he advised financially distressed companies. Mr. Oseas received a Bachelors degree in Economics and Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles and is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
